If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at connect@waratahandwood.com within 14 days of delivery. We may require photos or details of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection, as most items are made to order. Please review sizing, colours, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
